Each Health Risk Assessment (HRA) form is completed manually by our health care practitioners and transmitted daily via secure JFAX to Focus Care’s SFTP site. Data is de-identified, encrypted and stored in one onsite and two offsite backup locations, and each HRA digital image is reviewed by our Quality Assurance team.
