We are equipped and fully staffed to receive inbound member calls, and to monitor calls internally for quality and training purposes. Focus Care utilizes a rapid response system ensuring that each and every call is answered by a live representative within one minute; 24/7/365. Focus Care has the ability in our Boston office to handle live calls in English and Spanish and we also utilize ‘on-demand’ telephonic interpreter services for inbound calls. Our in- and out-bound call center is capable of scaling to meet the cyclical variations of the industry, and the changing requirements of our client base.
