FOCUS CARE negotiates top pay rates. Hourly rates vary depending on the facility, your specialty and the city. Travel Nurse pay is in the $35-$45 per hour range. Per Diem pay is in the $40-$50 per hour range. Ask your recruiter to help you find one of our most rewarding assignments.

Sign On Bonus
Per Diem: Work within one week of completing your online application and receive a $250.00 Sign On Bonus in your first week's paycheck

Travel: Work within one month of completing your online application and receive a $250 Sign On Bonus in your first week's paycheck.

Daily Pay
Per Diem nurses will have the option of receiving daily pay thru a VISA Pay Card.

Weekly Direct Deposit
Enjoy the convenience of having your paycheck electronically deposited directly into your bank account each week.

End of Assignment Bonus
Some assignments are eligible for end of assignment bonuses. Please check with your nurse recruiter.

Attendance Incentive Programs

Referral Bonuses
Tell your friends and colleagues about FOCUS CARE and you can earn some extra cash in the process! Once they complete a travel assignment (8 weeks or more) or work per diem (288 hours or more) you will be eligible to receive a $1,000.00 bonus
