Focus Care, Inc. is a privately owned Boston-based company which has performed thousands of in-home advanced nursing evaluations across the country since 2008. At Focus Care we are entirely dedicated to performing health risk assessments for Medicare members using our own nurse practitioner employees. Our leadership team and clinical staff provide vital experience and insight in the areas of Medicare reimbursement, payer technologies, managed care risk management, staffing and provider recruiting. Under the leadership of our Board of Directors Chairman, Anirudh Baheti, Focus Care has embarked on multiple paths within the healthcare services sector, aiding both payor and provider side organizations alike. Mr. Baheti’s experience in financial markets, healthcare business process outsourcing, and software development has fortified an operational base in nurse staffing into a cross-functional healthcare support company. Mr. Baheti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Our Executive Vice President, Chris Blue, supervises the performance of all The Focus Group’s U.S. companies and selling efforts completed in the company’s American offices. Chris was instrumental in building a previous Focus Group company called Focus Infomatics, which was sold to a public corporation, Nuance Communications, in 2007. In 2006, the company was the recipient of “The Best in KLAS Award,” as the industry’s best medical transcription company. Chris led all selling efforts and supervised U.S. operations during Focus Infomatics’s eight-year run. Chris holds a BA and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Leading the Focus Care division is its Vice President of Business Development and Operations, Maro Titus. Prior to joining Focus, Ms. Titus operated an independent consulting practice, serving pharmacy benefit managers, managed care organizations, advocacy groups and regulatory agencies. She has 18 years’ experience in Medicare and Medicaid, specializing in managed care contracting, proposal development and implementation, PBM conversions, compliance, and sales management. Ms. Titus holds a Bachelors degree in American Studies from Smith College, and a Masters degree in Public Affairs (MPA) from Columbia University, with a concentration in health policy.
