Experts say handwashing is the best way to protect yourself against the virus!
Wet your hands with clean running water, turn off the tap and apply soap
Lather your hands, including the back of your hand, between your fingers and under nails
Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds
(Tip: the time it takes to say your ABCs!)
Rinse hands well under clean, running water
Dry hands using a clean towel or by air drying
If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.Always wash hands with soap and water
